You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• The item has a major printing or fabric defect
• You received the wrong product (wrong design, size, or color)

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

• Minor color or print variations due to screen display or printing process
• Sizing issues if the correct size as ordered was delivered (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)
• Damage caused due to misuse, washing errors, or wear and tear

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery for:

• Size exchange (if the product is unused and stock is available)
• Replacement of a defective or wrong item

📌 Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size/design. If the item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Refunds are issued through the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference

To initiate a return or exchange:
